Florabunda



I sometimes forget that this is an art blog, not just a photo blog. So here is my newest painting. "Florabunda" is acrylic on gallery-wrapped canvas, 24 x 36 inches, and it's--you guessed it--a floral!

I love working with color and swirling organic form. I've uploaded a detail shot to give you a better idea of what it looks like. Such large paintings tend to close in and lose detail, when reduced to the size of a web image!
